Tiago Azevedo

I am a painter and architect born in Portugal, now living and in New York.

My painting is related to religious themes and the fantastic world. The Baroque fascinates me and I combine it with a contemporary twist that can be integrated into Pop Surrealism. I am also known for a focus on the eyes because it directly transfers the emotions I want to the canvas.

I have been invited to exhibit at the Louvre in Paris, Artexpo New York and at the Vatican in Rome. It is very satisfying that the reaction to my art has been very positive.

My artwork can be defined as a way to transform my dreams into substance. My greatest pleasure is that the world can enjoy it as much as I did creating it.
