Description
24 x 72 inch sand, pigment, water and recycled paint on canvas. It is made with eco friendly paint that I create and let ferment for awhile, and after a few days start applying it in a slow layering technique. during the process I peel and add another layer right before the material fully dries, in order to let the colorants fully penetrate and connect. Its a slow process that takes several weeks to fully form and dry, and the result shows all the different layers shine through.
