I am an engineer by education, IT professional by occupation but an artist by choice. I have an engineering degree and several years of experience in the corporate world, which I quit to follow my life long passion of creating art. I am a self taught artist with an extreme passion to create artwork using various media. I am inspired by everything around me and my expertise is in the usage of a wide range of colors and textures. My artworks have also been displayed successfully in various exhibitions in India as well as internationally (Singapore, Malaysia, Hungary,USA) and has been featured in the upcoming artist section in Better Interior Magazine in November 2010. My clientele includes people from all over the world -India, Hong Kong, Malaysia , Singapore ,South Africa,UK,Australia and the US – where my paintings have been part of interior decoration and family memorabilia

| Description | Shiva also has many benevolent and fearsome forms.In benevolent aspects, he is depicted as an omniscient Yogi who lives an ascetic life on Mount Kailash,as well as a householder with wife Parvati and his two children, Ganesha and Kartikeya. In this painting I have tried to highlight Ganesha while the rest of the family is characterized by their vahana(vehicle) and their personalities. The big majestic bull is Shiva, while the gentle cow represents Parvati/Gauri and the peacock is his brother Kartikeya. |
