I am an engineer by education, IT professional by occupation but an artist by choice. I have an engineering degree and several years of experience in the corporate world, which I quit to follow my life long passion of creating art. I am a self taught artist with an extreme passion to create artwork using various media. I am inspired by everything around me and my expertise is in the usage of a wide range of colors and textures. My artworks have also been displayed successfully in various exhibitions in India as well as internationally (Singapore, Malaysia, Hungary,USA) and has been featured in the upcoming artist section in Better Interior Magazine in November 2010. My clientele includes people from all over the world -India, Hong Kong, Malaysia , Singapore ,South Africa,UK,Australia and the US – where my paintings have been part of interior decoration and family memorabilia

| Description | The colourful and elaborate 'shamiyanas' (canopy) used in most India weddings was the inspiration behind this painting. I have used some pieces of scrap book paper to add some decorative designs to the clothing as well as the background. |
