Ascension Alchemy was created on top of Mauna Loa, Hawaii during the lockdown of 2020. A place of isolation, yet freedom, a feeling of connection to the elements of lava flows of the new earth, sky and sea. Flow forms create electrical impulses on the painting and within the depths are orbicular jasper patterns adding creation energy from the sea. Included in the paint is black sand from Kahena Beach and white sand from the Kona side of the Island.
